Restless

Last night, I woke up at my usual 4am with my brain going a mile-a-minute. I have a whole relaxation routine I usually go through when this happens, but nothing was helping. So, I began working on my Pilates breathing techniques. After about 10 repetitions, I was yawning almost uncontrollably and asleep within minutes....Wow!
